$395 per month, flat

  • Placements in one provider category. Your ad appears in every placement listed for your category below, for as long as your sponsorship is active.
  • A direct link to your website. Readers go straight to the page you choose. No forms in between, and no lead handoff.
  • A monthly impression and click report. Measured viewable impressions and clicks for each placement, sent after each month ends.
  • Month-to-month terms. No annual contract. Cancel by email any time before your next month starts, and the placement comes down at the end of the paid month.

We're accepting inquiries from founding sponsors now. No sponsored placements are live yet. Payment is by invoice after a written agreement; there is no checkout on this site.

Who reads The Defense Compliance Report

We write for small and mid-sized defense contractors working through CMMC: owners, compliance leads, and IT teams figuring out which level applies to them, what the work costs, and which kind of provider to hire first. Readers arrive from search engines, AI search tools, and direct visits, usually while comparing C3PAOs, consultants, MSPs, software, and CUI environments.

We don't quote audience-size or traffic figures we haven't measured. Your monthly report shows the impressions and clicks we actually recorded for your placements.

Where your placement appears

Each category includes a slot in its section of the CMMC provider directory and on related guides. These are all the slots for each category:

CategoryPlacements
C3PAOs (Level 2 certification assessments)Authorized or accredited Certified Third-Party Assessment Organizations.
RPOs and CMMC consultants (readiness)Registered Practitioner Organizations and readiness consulting firms.
MSPs and MSSPsManaged IT and security providers serving defense contractors.
GRC and compliance softwarePlatforms for controls, evidence, SSPs, and POA&Ms.
CUI enclaves, GCC High, and secure cloudEnclave products, GCC High partners, and FedRAMP-authorized environments for CUI.

Categories aren't exclusive. Up to three sponsors can share a placement, shown in the order their sponsorships started.

What the placement looks like

A short box marked SPONSORED, with your company name, a one-line headline, a sentence or two about what you offer, and a link to your website. Each box says it is a paid advertisement and not an editorial recommendation. It sits outside our rankings, provider lists, and tool results.

Links go directly to your site and carry rel="sponsored", as search engines require for paid links. We review ad copy for accuracy before it goes live and won't run claims about CMMC that conflict with the regulation.

Monthly reporting

After each month, you get a short report with, for each placement:

Counting is privacy-conscious: no cookies, no visitor IDs, and no IP addresses are stored. We keep only daily totals. Automated browsers and bots that identify themselves are excluded, and repeat views from the same connection within a short window count once. No filter catches every bot, so treat the numbers as close measurements rather than exact ones. We don't track or report leads, conversions, or sales.

What sponsorship does not include

How we keep ads separate from editorial

Find My CMMC Path recommends a type of help based only on a contractor's answers. Our provider rankings and Editorial Picks follow our methodology. Sponsorship changes neither. Sponsors get no say over our coverage of themselves or their competitors. The full rules are in our Editorial & Advertising Policy.

How it works

  1. Send the short inquiry below.
  2. We check fit: a real provider in the category, with verifiable credentials where they apply (for example, Cyber AB status for C3PAOs and RPOs).
  3. We agree in writing on the category, start date, ad copy, and link, then invoice you. Nothing is charged on this site.
  4. Your placement goes live only after the agreement is signed and payment is received.
  5. You get a report after each month ends. Cancel any time before the next month.
