Advisor panel — currently onboarding

The Defense Compliance Report is currently onboarding its Subject Matter Advisor panel. We will not publish Advisor names or credentials before the corresponding individuals have agreed to be listed and to perform documented reviews.

The intended panel composition is documented on our Editorial Review Process page. We are recruiting across former DoD acquisition professionals, current or former DIBCAC personnel, Cyber AB credentialed assessors (CCP, CCA), retired CISOs with DIB experience, and attorneys with active federal-contracts cybersecurity practice.

Why this page is honest about the gap

Many publications attach fabricated or borrowed credentials to create the appearance of authority. We do not. Until the panel is confirmed, every published page carries the honest "Editorial research — not formally reviewed by a CMMC Subject Matter Advisor" label. As Advisors come onboard and complete their first reviews, the corresponding pages will be updated with named "Reviewed by" labels.

TODO (editorial): replace this section with a roster of named Advisors, each with full name, credentials, professional background, and a compensation-disclosure statement, once the panel is finalized.
