Who produces our coverage
Coverage on The Defense Compliance Report is produced by The Defense Compliance Report Editorial Team. We attribute by team rather than by individual byline. This is a deliberate posture for a regulatory-coverage publication where the strength of the editorial system — primary-source citation, advisor review where earned, transparent methodology, structural separation of editorial and sponsored content — is what carries trust, not any individual author's personality.
Editorial process
Every published guide is drafted against the primary sources identified in our Methodology. Drafts are reviewed internally for regulatory accuracy and for adherence to our Editorial Standards. Guides covering material regulatory interpretation are additionally routed through a Subject Matter Advisor where the Advisor panel has capacity; see Editorial Review Process for the current state of advisor review.
No fabricated bylines
We do not publish under fabricated individual bylines or fabricated author headshots. We do not borrow the names or photographs of unaffiliated professionals to create the appearance of authorship. As named individuals join the editorial team and accept attribution, this page will be updated with their names, roles, and verifiable credentials — and only those names will appear on relevant bylines.
